Installation, watch compatibility, dashes in a complication and refunds are answered in the Help Center, and the installation guide walks through a black face step by step. Both open straight from Chronoix too, under Support and Privacy.

One thing lives only in the app, because it reflects your device and not a document: open Chronoix and go to Settings › Permissions to see exactly which Health data your dials read, whether readings are arriving, and how to change access.

Still need help?

Write to us and tell us what happened. It helps if you include your Chronoix version, your Apple Watch model, and which dial you were installing.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Chronoix. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
